A retired police chief, Army veteran, and current School Resource Officer, Brian has dedicated his life to protecting Minnesota families. He believes safe communities start with fully funded law enforcement and strong support for officers on the front lines. At the Capitol, he will fight to ensure our police have the resources they need and that SROs remain in our schools to protect students and staff.

Grounded in faith and traditional values, Brian will always fight for the unborn. He rejects the radical agenda that promotes abortion on demand and instead supports a culture of life that cherishes children, strengthens families, and respects the sanctity of life from conception to natural end.

As an Army veteran and lifelong supporter of the Constitution, Brian believes the right to keep and bear arms must never be compromised. He will oppose radical gun control measures and work to ensure that hunters, sportsmen, and families can exercise their rights without government interference.

Not every child learns the same, and one-size-fits-all education doesn’t work. Brian believes schools must return to their core mission: teaching reading, writing, and math. Too many Minnesota students are falling behind, with the majority unable to read at grade level... a crisis with lifelong consequences. He supports fully funding core subject instruction and rejecting the political rhetoric that distracts from real learning. Families deserve education policies that prepare children for success, not partisan agendas.

Brian believes parents, not government bureaucrats, are best equipped to guide their children’s upbringing. With his experience working directly with families as a School substitute teacher in the Little Falls School District, he understands the vital role parents play in shaping their children’s values, education, and future. He will fight to ensure parental rights are respected and protected at every level.

Families across our district work hard for every paycheck, and Brian believes government must treat every tax dollar with the same care. In our blue-collar communities where many already struggle to make ends meet, raising taxes is unacceptable. Brian will fight to root out fraud, waste, and abuse in government spending, hold agencies accountable, and ensure state dollars are used responsibly. Minnesota families deserve leaders who put taxpayers first, not big government.
